TESTS OF MODERNIZED EasyPig 6”
In the spring of 2019, specialists of INTRON VTD, together with Gazpromneft Noyabrskneftegaz, tested the upgraded in-line defect indicator EasyPig 6”. In the course of the tests, the possibility of the device passing through comprehensive contractions of 125mm and increasing the instrument's fault tolerance was checked. The tests were successfully carried out at the existing facility of Gazpromneft Noyabrskneftegaz, the updated characteristics were confirmed.

ULTRASONIC PIPING SURVEY
In the spring of 2019, an ultrasonic examination of the pipeline was carried out using an EasyPig UT device. Before passing the instrument, calibration and profilometry survey were performed. An EasyPig UT successfully passed the site; high-quality diagnostic data were obtained. Based on the results of the work, no critical defects were detected. The customer was given recommendations for additional flaw detection inspection.
